Parish Council Audit

The Parish Council has the power to raise money by means of a precept levied on all households in the Parish and is collected together with Council Tax by Maidstone Borough Council. The Council's accounts are monitored annually by independent auditors.

The annual audit of the 2007/2008 Accounts has now been completed and the documentation returned to the Parish Office. Any resident wishing to inspect the completed Audit Statement may do so by attending the office. Although the Office is now open Monday to Friday 10.00am until 4.00pm,it is advisable to Telephone 01622 630165 to arrange suitable time.
