Bearsted Youth Club meets at Madgingford Hall most Wednesdays from 7—9 p.m. The group set up in 2010, by the Parish Council, is for young people of secondary school age who live locally. The Youth Club offers a secure environment in which young people can sit and chat, play games - including pool and our new Xbox 360 with a projector, and listen to music.
- We sometimes have themed evenings, visits from outside organisations, quizzes and trips out such as bowling.
- All helpers have been CRB checked and are trained or undergoing training.
- New members are welcome. Come along to meet new friends and enjoy the evening even when it is cold and dark outside!
- The group also requires volunteers to help run the sessions. This help does not need to be every week. All of us were young once, so why not join in, have some fun, and help tomorrows parish councillors and residents of Bearsted.
For more information about becoming a member of the youth club or to volunteer please contact the Parish Office.
