Election of Councillors

The Council will be up for re-election in May 2011.  Anyone wishing to find out more about standing for election to become a Parish Council should read the attached or alternatively contact the Parish Council Office for more information.  Nomination papers for the 2011 election will be available from March 2011. 

 

 Full Council and Committee Meetings

  • FULL COUNCIL
    Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7.30 p.m. alternating between Madginford Hall, Egremont Road and King George V Memorial Hall, Manor Rise.

  • PLANNING COMMITTEE - chaired by
    Meetings held on the first Thursday of every month at King George V Memorial Hall at 7.30 p.m.

  • FINANCE COMMITTEE - chaired by Mr C Dyke                                                                         Meetings held alternate months at Madginford Hall at 7.30 p.m

  • TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE - chaired by Mr K Street
    Meetings held alternate months at King George V Memorial Hall at 7.30 p.m.

  • OPEN SPACES COMMITTEE - chaired by Mr J Hughes
