LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION
Bearsted has two conservation areas covering the Green and Holy Cross Church.
In 2010 a review of the Conservation areas within Bearsted was undertaken by Maidstone Borough Council. Resulting from this review was the publication of the Bearsted Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan.
Within the parish there are 53 Grade II listed buildings and 1 Grade I, being the Church of the Holy Cross.
