Our Transport Service is for people who cannot manage on public transport because of age, frailty, illness, disability or injury

Is a service improving the quality fo life for people over the age of 75 years living in the Borough of Maidstone, by providing a one-stop helpline, day trips in our minibus, regular shopping trips and exercise classes that are designed to improve postural stability. We also provide a regular phone call to ensure the well being of our clients at a day time to suit them. Our team of willing volunteers provide an excellent home based befriending service and are more than happy to undertake escorted errands

IN TOUCH - HOME IMPROVEMENT AGENCY
HANDYPERSONS SERVICES
Delivering a local home repairs service for older, disabled and vulnerable households.
Works include minor plumbing repairs, carpentry, home security and a whole range of general DIY services to help households feel safe and secure.
COMMUNITY SERVICES
- Are you looking for an honest, trustworthy painter, decorator or gardener. If so they contact the Home Improvement Agency who can carry out low cost painting and decorating service and gardening service.
- All employees carrying out the work have been vetted using the Criminal Records Bureau Service.

ALZHEIMERS SOCIETY - DEMENTIA CAFE
- Do you have dementia or care for someone who does?
- Would you like a place to relax, meet new people and learn more about dementia?
- There will be a new Dementia Care at the Salvation Army Hall, Union Street, Maidstone on 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of every month from 10 am to noon.
- Entry is free and there will be light refreshments provided.

- Every third Friday of the month.
